Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous US states. We can't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Orders ship from warehouses in the US. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of being placed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Large items can ship in more than one box, and the boxes may arrive on different days.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to your door by a ground carrier. Delivery doesn't include bringing the boxes inside, assembly, or taking away packaging. When your order arrives, please check the boxes and contact us within 7 days if anything is damaged (see our refund policy).
